Theresa is a Trauma Therapist & Trainer, specialising in Complex Trauma and C-PTSD.
She is the creator of The iHOW Method® - a unique therapeutic approach for those 'Inspired To Heal Old Wounds'.
She has over 14 years experience in private practice as a Professional Hypnotherapist and Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner, facilitating healing, recovery and growth from complex psychological trauma.
With over 30 years personal experience of hypnosis and hypno analysis she is now dedicating her life to educating therapists and professionals in how best to treat the long lasting debilitating affects of childhood trauma, abuse, neglect and chronic adversity.

As a Senior Fellow of Accredited Coaches, Counsellors, Hypnotherapists & Psychotherapists (ACCPH) Theresa provides Supervision and Mentoring to professionals seeking to advance their skills in trauma therapy.
She provides complex trauma therapy to personal clients as well as personal therapy to qualified practitioners and to those in training.
Her professional memberships include The UK Psychological Trauma Society, The European Society for Traumatic Stress Studies (ESTSS), The International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies (ISTSS) and The
National Council For Hypnotherapy.
As an ACCPH Chartered Organisational Member, The iHOW Method® offers a range of specialist CPD Trainings in Complex Trauma and C-PTSD treatment, including one to one and bespoke training to meet practitioners and other associated professionals individual requirements.
